WORKPLACE EXERCISES AND TAILORED TREATMENT
Being competitive as a company requires investing in your personnel.
I instruct your personnel in workplace exercises, relaxing and refreshing self-healing methods, and taking short pauses that enhance their well-being during workdays. Changing your clothes for the exercises is not necessary. The self-healing exercises and shorter treatments can be done at your own desk, if you like. Invest in the well-being of your individual employees and your company by taking good care of their hearts and their brains.

Easy, light-intensity exercises with an instructor and relaxing treatments are excellent tools to do just that. RELAXATION AND STRENGTH WORKSHOP 15 mins to 3 hrs
Stretching exercises and easy, recovering stretches tailored to the specific needs of your team. Practical exercises help you to identify the differences between a stressed out and a relaxed but strong energy and its role in our everyday life. It is also possible to include short exercises that treat problems in the shoulders, back and arms.
€125 per hour + VAT at 24%.
UPDATE YOUR RELAXATION – TAILORED TREATMENT AT YOUR WORKPLACE
- A) Relax your neck and shoulder area and arms
The treatment is done with your clothes on while you are sitting on a chair. Suitable for employee recreation days or to be done during a meeting or at your desk on a normal working day. 10 to 20 mins per person. - B) Relaxation from head to toe
The treatment maps out any tensions in your body and helps you to relieve stress and tensions; 45 to 80 mins per person. - C) Soothing toe treatment
The treatment includes your toes, feet and shins, and it helps you to feel your whole body relax; 10 to 20 mins per person.
Even a short pause for the treatment, being present in a more conscious way and feeling your stressed muscles recover often helps your mind to relax and come up with new ideas.
I will provide the futon mattress needed for toe and full-body treatments.
